- Helped lead the implementation of medical billing into a 13-location practice in the St. Louis area which helped generate over $1M of additional revenue in its first year of implementation
- Joined LensCrafters in 2009 in an employed position where she was able to connect with ophthalmologists in the area to help manage her surgical and glaucoma patients
- Made the transition to her own LensCrafters sublease and opened Reed Eye Care Center in Fairview Heights, IL in 2016
- While serving this diverse, rural community of the St. Louis suburb, Dr. Reed quickly recognized the gap in care that she could provide to patients in the area
